The clothing has developed to today, and the variety is very rich. Different seasons, different genders, and different ages determine different types of clothing. Different types of clothing and fabrics also determine the matching of
interlinings with different properties. Today, I will briefly introduce what type of interlining should be used for clothing in different seasons.
Spring and autumn clothing: The design and shape are changeable, the fabric is medium thick or thin, soft to the touch, high elasticity, high air permeability, and rich colors. A thin, dry-cleanable, soft, stretchy, and breathable color-matched interlining should be used. Thin woven interlinings, knitted interlinings, and non-woven adhesive interlinings are mostly used, followed by resin interlinings.
Spring and autumn clothing interlining recommended: polyester 30D, warp-knitted lining, four-sided elastic lining, nylon stitched non-woven lining.
Summer clothing: simple and crisp design. The fabric is thin, soft, cool, transparent, breathable, comfortable, and washable. The interlining is required to be light, soft, thin, firm, elastic, and comfortable. Mainly color matching, thin or ultra-thin non-woven interlining, followed by woven interlining, and resin interlining.
Recommended interlining for summer clothing: nylon stitched non-woven interlining, polyester non-woven interlining, polyester 30D
Winter clothing: The design changes little, the fabric is thick, warm, wrinkle-resistant, and firm, and the color is monotonous. The interlining is required to be draped, firm, stable, wrinkle-resistant, firm in color, and breathable. Mainly use medium-weight woven fusible interlining. Wool lining, followed by non-woven lining and a small amount of resin lining.
Recommended interlining for winter clothing: polyester 50D 75D, wool interlining, nylon non-woven interlining.
